Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing SAMA Caribbean. This policy applies to purchases made directly through samacaribbean.com.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 business days after delivery. Counting begins on the first business day after delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. For hygiene reasons, opened or used body-care products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind.

These restrictions do not limit your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

How to Request a Return

Email sayuryfeliz@samacaribbean.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving authorization. Use the return address provided in our instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

If we supplied an incorrect or defective item, we will cover any required return shipping and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of the item and packaging.

Keep the packaging while we review your request. Do not use a product if its condition raises a safety concern. We will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an authorized return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to initiate approved return refunds within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Any shorter refund deadline required by applicable law will apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase another item, request an eligible return and place a separate order.

Skin Sensitivity

Individual skin responses vary. Review the ingredients before use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Contact us about any product-quality or safety concern so we can review it individually.
